Coborn’s, a St. Cloud-based multistate operator of grocery retail chains and delivery services, announced the retirement of President and COO Dave Meyer, effective Dec. 31. David Best has joined the company as chief operating officer and a member of the board of directors and will assume the additional role of president at the end of the year. Best previously was an executive at General Mills, Golden Valley.
